Step One: Getting to know you! Getting to know all about you!

We like to get to know about our clients. We know no one client is ever alike, and that each client we meet has a vision dancing in their head.  Our in person, over-the-phone, or email consultations help us ask the questions we need to know, to develop a more organized vision and theme of your big event.

We encourage you to bring any inspirations you may have, whether it be a flower, magazine clippings, fabric swatches, or a big box of memories!

Step Two: Estimate and Sign here ______ please!

After we have met and discussed concepts and design style, Nic.Roc. Designs will create an estimate for you based on your unique event and style. 

Estimates can take 1-3 days, or even a week, depending on the complexity of the project. 

Once the estimate has been reviewed and agreed upon, then the client is supplied with a contract and timeline that outlines the details of the order; design and print packages, proofing dates, and costs. 

To begin the process of design and ordering of supplies and materials specific to your order, Nic.Roc. Designs will require a 50% non-refundable retainer.

Step Three: Here ya go!

Our favorite part!! We get to start your design. Our design packages come with up to three design options sent via PDF. Once you pick the design of your dreams, we fine tune it to your liking and supply you with a digitally printed proof with all requested layers, envelopes, embellishments, etc. (if added). Please note, printed proofs of letterpress, foil stamping, flat printing, thermography, embossing, and engraving cannot be provided due to the setup processes. A digital proof will be supplied in place of the printing method required.

When you receive your proof this will be your opportunity to request additional changes, such as typestyle, type size, color changes, spelling, grammar and punctuation before print production. 

If all is well and you are more than thrilled with your invitation, we'll ask that you initial your proof and send in for production. ** Be sure to proof carefully! Have at least a few friends or family members review your proof. Nic.Roc. Designs is not responsible for any errors or changes requested after files are sent for production.**

At this time, final balance of invitations will be due. 

Step four: Assemble and deliver

In our rainbow colored workshop we work diligently with hammers and nuts and bolts, crystals, and ribbons, glue and paper, to create your amazing masterpiece!

Please allow 4-7 weeks for the final printed and assembled product.
